This Legal Notice is published to satisfy the information disclosure obligations set out in section 43(1) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, which requires any person offering goods or services for sale by electronic transaction to make certain supplier information available to consumers on the website where those goods or services are offered. 

Supplier Information 

Description of Goods and Services 

PrimePilot sells digital, downloadable educational course guides and related templates covering topics such as short-term letting management and digital marketing for the South African small business market. No physical goods are supplied. Products are delivered electronically as described in the Terms and Conditions, clause 1.5. 

Full Price Disclosure 

The full price of each Digital Product, inclusive of VAT where applicable and inclusive of any payment processing surcharge that may apply, is displayed on the relevant product page and confirmed again at checkout before payment is finalised, in compliance with section 43(1)(g) and (h) of the ECT Act. No additional delivery or shipping cost applies to digital products. 

Payment, Delivery and Performance 

Payment is collected securely through Payfast at the time of order. Digital Products are delivered electronically immediately or shortly after successful payment, as described in the Terms and Conditions, clause 1.5, and in any event within the 30-day performance period required by section 46 of the ECT Act unless a longer period is separately agreed with the Customer. 

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy Reference 

Our full Refund and Return Policy, including the specific position on digital, non-physical goods, is set out in Section 3 of this document and published on the Site's dedicated Refund Policy page. 

Security Procedures 

The Site uses HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Payment card details are captured and processed directly by our payment processor's own PCI-DSS compliant systems; PrimePilot does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems. Further detail on data security is set out in the Privacy Policy, Section 4. 

Right of Review Before Purchase 

In line with section 43(2) of the ECT Act, the Site's checkout process gives you the opportunity to review the full details of your order, correct any errors, and withdraw from the transaction at any point before payment is finally submitted. 

Consumer Rights Under Section 44 

Where applicable, Customers who are natural persons acting as end consumers have certain rights under section 44 of the ECT Act, including a cooling-off right in specific circumstances. Because Digital Products are delivered instantly on an intangible basis, this right operates differently for digital downloads than for physical goods, the detail is set out in full in the Refund and Return Policy, Section 3, of this document.
